About Us
Who We Are
Cleo's Karma Canine Rescue is a non-profit dog rescue based out of Brooks, Alberta, Canada. We are currently 100% foster based and rescue dogs from high-risk situations.
Cleo's Karma Canine Rescue has Registered Charity Status.
Our Beginning...
Cleo's Karma Canine Rescue was established in October, 2012. It's taken a lot of love, hard work and dedication, but the animals make every day a joy for us! We do it for those who don't have a voice.
Our amazing volunteers provide the momentum and support that helps us affect change.
It's All in the Name
"Cleo's Karma was named after my dog, Cleo, who was pulled from the shelter, literally, minutes away from being euthanized.
I always say, "Good Karma saved Cleo, because she is such a good dog." She finally got the life she deserved.
Rescuing is also about spreading good karma, doing good things for the right reasons."

Please note that ALL ADOPTIVE and FOSTER homes are required to have all personal pets up-to-date on vetting, including spay/neuter surgery.

All of our dogs come spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, de-wormed and are up to date on vaccinations.
Our non-refundable adoption fee is:
$300 for all dogs over 6 months
$400 for puppies under 6 months
